Hiroshi Koizumi was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Koizumi found his beginnings in film with roles in "Gigantis, the Fire Monster" (1959) and "Mothra" (1962). Koizumi also appeared in "Kaitei gunkan" (1964), "Gojira" (1985) and "Tampopo" (1987). More recently, Koizumi produced "Tetsuo II: Body Hammer" (1997).
