If you want to choke on a narrative that is rife with clichés and devoid of any real moral message then stick After The Ball on. If not, there are surely more productive things you can do... Such as watching paint dry.

The negative reviews of this modern day Cinderella are bogus. Portia Doubleday (Angela in Mr. Robot) is an absolute doll, the evil stepsisters were hysterical and it had a really good ending. This is a charming little rom-com to be sure and I'm calling it a Top 10 Hidden Gem!

I cannot believe this movie has such a low rating. I thought this was a great movie. If you like "feel-good" movies with a just and happy ending, check this movie out. Ignore the poor reviews. I highly recommend it!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched this. I really liked it, even when it looks like a low budget production. It works if you wanna have fun on an evening without going out.

Knew from the beginning I was going to fall in love with this movie! This film showed that man or woman, we are all equal. It taught that no matter the circumstances always try your best, and that giving up is never the right choice!
