If your kids are familiar with the books by Dav Pilkey, they will probably get a kick out of the age-appropriate potty humor and fart jokes in the movie. I have to confess that I really enjoyed the antics of George and Harold.

A film that suffers from hyperactive pacing and an over-reliance on repetitive, juvenile gags. Despite featuring a creative and dynamic animation style, the shallow script and noisy comedy fail to appeal to a broader audience. It ultimately proves to be an exhausting production that burns through its premise far too quickly.
