Bullied as a teen for being overweight, Bob Stone shows up to his high school reunion looking fit and muscular. While there, he finds Calvin Joyner, a fast-talking accountant who misses his glory days as a popular athlete. Stone is now a lethal CIA agent who needs Calvin's number skills to help him save the compromised U.S. spy satellite system. Together, the former classmates encounter shootouts, espionage and double-crosses while trying to prevent worldwide chaos.

Filme bacana, o roteiro é bacaninha, as cenas são bacanas, a história é fraca, o elenco é bacaninha, e metade do elenco ajudou a melhorar o filme, os personagens são bacaninhas, the rock e kevin hart foram uma dubla boa para o filme, e com tudo isso, eu recomendo esse filme vale a pena assistir

Honestly it feels like they had a leftover CIA action flick script and a high school comedy one lying around and decided to merge the two together. You'd get something like this. The humor is very flat 90% of the time, kind of predictable, but does get a chuckle to keep the comedy on life support in a sense. The pacing & editing in general is alright. Everything else is half decent with basic direction to boot. The two got some chemistry and some of the action isn't bad. But the spy plot feels over the top and ridiculously complex which is why they inturrupt with plot expose every now and than. Than the high school stuff again just feels out of place at times and from a completely different film. It probably would've gotten a 3.5 if the humor would've landed better for me but a lot was just so flat. I'd say unless your a die hard fan of the duo most could skip this and not miss much. There isn't much distinct about ti for either genre it's dipping it's toes into.
