DEEP COVER is a fast-paced action comedy starring Bryce Dallas Howard as Kat, an improv comedy teacher beginning to question if she's missed her shot at success. When an undercover cop (Sean Bean) offers her the role of a lifetime, she recruits two of her students (Orlando Bloom and Nick Mohammed) to infiltrate London's gangland by impersonating dangerous criminals.

Deep Cover” was fun, fast-paced and full of actors who were enjoyable to watch. The script was clever and full of little details that ran through and drew me in. The twists were plentiful and speedy.

Bloom is a scene stealer, playing a classically trained actor who once had a brush with fame, but is now relegated to commercials. He’s very deadpan, and very method, and its the best performance I’ve seen from him in years.

Clever and funny movie that, while it doesn't break any new ground in plotting or acting, does what it sets out to do and does it well. Real actors playing improv actors playing criminals .... It's competent and inventive enough to entertain you, if lightly, for its entire length.

Esta película me sorprendió mucho para bien. Había leído que no tuvo muy buena crítica y vengo y me encuentro con una comedia comiquísima, este elenco tiene una química que desborda gracia por todos lados. Ojalá hubiera una segunda parte.

Some solid laughs 'here and there,' but the plot was lackluster and the styling for Bryce Dallas Howard was a major miss. Average at best. Not a movie to watch it again.

Deep Cover is the funniest comedy I've seen from 2025. The first 30 minutes of The Naked Gun is funnier, but as a whole, this movie takes my vote. The first five minutes made me question why I decided to watch this, but the remaining runtime was entertaining as hell. The characters are pretty well-written, but the main positives of the writing are the situations, the story and the dialogues. The cinematography is good and the pacing is great. The casting is perfect. Nick Mohammed is great, while I'd watch Bryce Dallas Howard in anything and Orlando Bloom was just absolutely hilarious. Paddy Considine is slowly becoming one of my favourite actors. I discovered him last year through MobLand, and just before this I saw him in The World's End. Deep Cover is funny and pretty well-balanced in every sense.
