Christian W 01/03/2023 It really missed some opportunities. Nearly no interactions with differently sized people: the same story could've been told without shrinking anyone. Squandered possibilities, following one guy's journey and he wasn't even among the most interesting people. See more Briana I. @Anaire 5d This wasn't good or bad, it was just all over the place and felt like 3 separate movie plots compiled into one. Matt was good and I loved the romance aspect between him and Hong Chau but mostly everything else just didn't work because it was over written. They started if smart with the whole little aspect and his wife leaving him which in my opinion was a huge missed opportunity to not keep a heavy hitter like Kristen Wig in the film. As soon as her character was obsolete I knew it was going nowhere and I was right. Waltz was good as well but I just think with this all-star cast they could have done a better job executing this film had they kept it about the conversion to little from big and incoperated the big humans in more. Missed opportunity on so many levels and very busy as a plot. Yes I recommend but it's not the best. This film's third act is bad and seemingly very inappropriate when comparing it to the other two acts of the film. See more prawnda S @RT72497680 Mar 25 it's pretty good at times, but loses momentum and doesn't seem focused on plausibility in any way despite its scientific premise. there's not really much consistency in how anything works, but most of that is forgivable. the biggest problem though is that the ending is just kind of a wet fart. there's no real conclusion. i think some people would enjoy it, but i cant really recommend it because of the numerous plot holes and weak finale.
