No question that Reece is a strong, engaging actress who carries the movie, but the writing about the interaction between all the characters just pulls at your heart strings. It's not deep or disturbing or thought provoking. That isn't always what I'm looking for. Sometimes you just want to put uo your feet and relax and enjoy. I consider this a great feel good movie. See more Bill M @RT10086095 Jun 19 Normally i'd probably rate this 4 star, but after seeing what the mindless super hero, zombie addicts scored this delightful trip thru LA, we'll try and give it a boost.. first of all, Reece makes EVERYTHING better & this was right in her wheelhouse. great cast chemistry, nice flowing script with tons of laughs, an ever present 'who gets the girl' mystery and even a tear jerk or two. A good look into dysfunctional marriages with twists, All emotional are felt, That makes it a good movie Poindexter. Alexander, Wolff & Rudnitsky never dropped meter & great to see Candice rule the roost again. btw the young actors were fantastic. so do yourself a favor and WATCH THIS MOVIE, Disregard what the kiddies think and soak this one up.
