The problem comes at the end, once the antagonist takes center stage. Everything feels over-the-top and rushed, ruining the suspense's magic. Everything that was said was so basic it was almost guessable. Actions in the movie are unrealistic af example of one of the worst: Emma:"We have to leave." Hayley turns around, goes back into her room, hops on her bed, picks up a Polaroid camera, and starts snapping pictures like she’s a certified ghost hunter? How was Teddy even affected by the ghost but his gf wasn’t? Why did the medium lady keep ending the calls? The movie is so unrealistic that it just sucks and ruins the overall experience. I also found the characters to be annoying; like shits already popping off, the ghost is already in poltergeist mode, and they’re telling one another to stop messing with them… like bro, what? Lastly, The director and scriptwriter (if there even was one?) should look for a job in a different field. 10000% would not recommend this waste of time. The acting is brilliant as well as the special effects.
