Lotta sound and fury (not just the gunfire, but Mike Forst’s "I Heart Hans Zimmer" score), but not much signifying. Go to Full Review

Sciberras’ direction keeps you in the picture, enabling you to keep track of the damage and effecting a rise in your pulse rate. The script even finds time for some human interest...but none of it is enough to eclipse the plot’s basic implausibility. Go to Full Review

Tightly wound yet woefully formulaic, the film turns solid actors into glorified paintballers with slightly elevated stakes. It lacks the tension to generate a meaningful rooting interest. Go to Full Review

The bare bones storytelling choices amp up the tension and make the story better than it likely was in script form. Making a dramatic thriller with infrequent but deliberate and throttling bursts of action creates an entirely unique take. Go to Full Review

This is nothing more than a mild curiosity – a forgettable action thriller with a cast trying their best to keep things interesting. Go to Full Review

A lean, tense, and refreshingly straightforward thriller, it delivers enough suspense, brutality, and unpredictability to satisfy fans of sniper-driven action, even if it never aims higher than a solid mid-tier genre entry. Go to Full Review

ely H @RT65766632 24m The worst sniper team in the history of cinema. Maybe ever. The screenplay in this movie doesn't live up to the standard of the elite team of snipers they try and portray. It's just not believable. See more C B @RT03025588 32m If 50-year-old Charlize Theron can still star in action movies, why not Radha Mitchell? The photography is excellent in this otherwise preposterous low-budget thriller. A lot of the dialog is hokey and some of the acting sub-par. I knew the bow and arrow would eventually come in handy. As in "The Magnificent Seven", one of the snipers doesn't have the stomach for it. [SPOILERS] Why did Tim Roth send the guy to the ranch at the start of the story? That maneuver telegraphed that he was coming and allowed the good guys to prepare. See more Read all reviews
