At first we thought, is this story going anywhere? Then it started to be surprising very funny and entertaining. With a mix of familiar characters playing out a familiar story, a very wacky wedding. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and we look forward to the sequel or maybe a prequel. See more Ed N @RT63781612 Sep 29, 2024 The Zombie Wedding is a surprisingly heartfelt and funny movie wherein a human bride struggles to keep her wedding plans intact after her would-be groom turns into a zombie. The zombie factor only adds to the crazy wedding planning that most couples go through with the bride's family and the groom's side arguing about venues and such. Kevin Chamberlin as the bride's dad, Buddy Bob, steals about every scene he's in as he tries to straddle the roles of proud papa and zombie-friendly kinda guy. Splatter gives way to slapstick by film's end with everyone from Micky Dolenz to SNL's Cheri Oteri chewing not only the scenery but just about everything else within grasp. See more Read all reviews
