Americans Vicky (Rebecca Hall) and Cristina (Scarlett Johansson) arrive in Spain for a summer vacation at a friend's (Patricia Clarkson) Barcelona home. ★★★★★ Absolutely loved this movie. The vibe, the music, the chemistry between the characters — everything felt so natural and artistic. It made me want to book a flight to Barcelona immediately. Penélope Cruz completely stole the show for me. Such a beautiful, emotional, and unforgettable film.

Funny in 1 hour and 36 minutes. Rated PG-13 for Sexuality, Mature Thematic Material and Smoking. Academy Award winner in 2009 for Best Supporting Actress (Penelope Cruz).

Felt like an American’s view of what these sophisticated Europeans get up to. Looked like a travelogue, all beautiful and sun-kissed. But for me, ruined by the intrusive voice-over narration explaining what is going on. Show, don’t tell!

Pretty plain und simple. Love triangle turned into threesome turned into nothing with the crazy ex involved. I really hoped to find a "Eat, Pray, Love" kinda movie especially when I saw Javier Bardem but I was very disappointed to find out that this is the only simularity these movies have. I decided to watch it because I'm preparing for my upcoming lil vacay in Barcelona and also because of the cast but I got so bored watching that almost forgot why chose this movie ... It's that movie that you put on and fall asleep to. If you saw it and you liked it then good for you because I wish I enjoyed it us much... Maybe I just didn't get it but maybe there was not much to get.

This was definitely the most non traditional love story I’ve ever seen. You just never knew what would happen next and I appreciated the story for that. Great story and a great cast as well.
