A powerful but decidedly partisan look at the abortion issue from the inside of a women’s health clinic in Georgia. Illuminates in a way I think those who made it aren’t even aware of. Go to Full Review

While it’s a chilling film that should hopefully lead towards reform, Gandbhir is also able to use the footage to paint a moving portrait of the vibrant community that was let down by system that should have prevented this tragedy. Go to Full Review

Vixo S @vixo_six 2d The Devil Is Busy is a simple but effective documentary about judgment, empathy and the quiet resilience required to work inside a hostile public environment. Its strength comes from the everyday nature of what it observes. Rather than turning conflict into spectacle, the film shows how moral certainty can become cruelty when people feel entitled to impose their beliefs on others. The documentary is most moving when it focuses on those who continue their work with calm and emotional discipline. Their professionalism becomes a form of resistance, not through grand gestures, but through patience, care and the refusal to answer hostility with the same language. Its approach is direct and not especially complex, but that clarity gives it weight. The film reminds us that some realities demand respect before judgment, and that living alongside others begins with the humility to let them live. It’s an interesting and effective documentary in what it tries to explore, although it also leaves me with the feeling of wasted potential. Even though it’s short, some parts still felt longer than they should have. Still, I appreciate its intention. It made me question abortion not only from a legal perspective, but also from an ethical and moral one. The documentary doesn’t trap itself into a single point of view; instead, both ideologies and the different ways of thinking around the subject are presented. It encourages me to reflect for myself, even if there are people who believe men shouldn’t have a say in abortion. The problem is that it could have gone much deeper. I wanted more human development, more conflict, and stronger emotional consequences. The foundation is powerful, but the execution feels somewhat superficial. See more matthias S @Thescreenasvor Mar 9 Only watching this because it’s on my Oscars watchlist, but damn this short doc is sharp. Tight editing, clear stakes, and it trusts the women telling their stories. Honestly wish this was a full docu series. Angry, urgent, and powerful filmmaking. Hope it wins the Oscar. Easy four stars. 🎬⭐ See more Jonathan K @aFIREintheattic Feb 14 "Thank you for your courage and compassion." I found myself wishing that Christians who so confidently claim the same beliefs as this security guard could see the contrast in how it is lived out. Here is someone who approaches what is technically the same religion but does so with compassion and love, willing to accept the inherent messiness of life. Others approach it from fear and judgment, needing things to be black and white in order to feel in control. One feels human, and frankly, more Christian. The other is dogmatic, and not at all like the stories of the man they call God's son.
