If you are a Star Trek fan, or a fan of George Takei, this is an interesting documentary to see. I saw it in a theatrical special showing, and that may have added to the enjoyment. While this documentary follows the tale of a long-lost fan-made ST movie, the fun comes as we see George Takei, Sulu himself, participate in making this fan film. The highlights of watching this is that we also see many video outtakes from Star Trek: The Original Series, as well as some of the ST movies. Seeing video from TOS on the big screen was fun. The meat of this documentary though, comes in the interviews with various ST actors and the background information on Asian-American representation in film. All Star Trek fans should see this very interesting and informative documentary.
