Set in Newfoundland, one of the most beautiful places on earth, this mini series is a great little watch for all fans of Jaws, The Rig or The Swarm. A great story, with a great cast who seem to have really embraced the Newfoundland culture and as a Newfoundlander myself, its great to see my homeland put on the map in such a big way. The special effects were top notch, it's humorous, emotional and action packed and one of the best TV shows to come out of the province. Wish i could have stick around to understand the plot, but the accent… oh lawd. It is very inconsistent with the accent, they keep going in and out, and it’s very hard to ignore.
