Cliches overwhelm any meaningful suspense in this formulaic vigilante thriller that’s more familiar than fresh. Go to Full Review

Brent 01/30/2024 Probably the worst movie I have ever seen. Producers should be ashamed. I'm surprised Fandango would allow such a low rated movie in their cinema's. See more Brian W 01/27/2024 Better than The Beekeeper. The gratuitous killings were realistic and feasible - not just silly, ridiculous and impossible as in The Beekeeper. See more C. S @CSchoefter 1h I'm pretty sure I lost some brain cells watching this movie. The build up to the "interesting" parts had me almost asleep, and the acting made me want to slap several people in the face. The script felt like something written by a first year screenplay author who was dealing with an alcohol addiction and who had watched too many terrible third rate crime shows that had zero substance. If this is the future of movie making, we're already deep in the script of Idiocracy. I was bored out of my mind the entire time. See more Lisa W. 19h What do you get when bad acting hooks up with a terrible screenplay, and the director tosses in some leftover “creative choices” like questionable pacing ? Apparently this cinematic offering —a film that feels like a junior‑high parody someone accidentally released into the wild- actually is called a movie. Spoiler ahead, kind of. Exhibit A: the coroner’s report scene. We’re told—deadpan—that a real‑estate attorney’s wife and her brother (who also happens to be an FBI agent) were stabbed. Never mind that in the previous scene the brother had a perfectly good gun in the hands of his killer- about to go off -boom- but sure, let’s roll with the stabbing angle. The report then comments that the agent had multiple fingers cut off and paperclips shoved under the remaining ones. Paperclips. Because nothing says “gritty crime drama” like office supplies. And then comes Detective Vasquez, delivering lines with the emotional range of a 10‑year‑old in their first school play. She hears this carnival of nonsense and declares, with full confidence, “Well, it’s obvious. Daddy came home early, found Mommy and the brother going at it—it’s a crime of passion.” Yep. Crimes of passion take time to put paper lips under fingernails. That’s the moment I tapped out. Sorry for the spoilers, but trust me: I saved you time and brain cells. Did I say how bad this was? See more Teddy B @TeddySlays Feb 4 The plot was extremely straightforward and full of cliches. But, I quite liked the action and the characters. This is definitely a movie that you can follow along with in the background. See more Killian S. @GodofGirth Jan 30 Horrible. The acting, script, cinematography, everything was terrible. I do not recommend. Unless you want to watch a couple hours of poorly written lines, delivered poorly by off putting bad axtors, I would not watch this film. See more Read all reviews
