If only "Hall Pass" were a TV pilot that kept the pace of Rick and Fred’s first two days of freedom; running eight minutes, there would only be 20 left of what would likely be the only episode to air. You will not provide your own laugh track.

It’s a decent movie. There was some funny dialogue through the runtime. It is a taboo subject and can start some interesting debates. Character development was pretty generic and overall a decent watch on a casual weekend.

Hall Pass asks the question every married man eventually asks: "What could possibly go wrong?" Then it spends the next 100 minutes answering, "Literally everything." The jokes are crude, the decisions are worse, and the guys have the survival instincts of goldfish with credit cards. Dumb, raunchy, and surprisingly sweet, the perfect reminder that freedom is sometimes just another word for terrible judgment.

I have loved Owen ever since I was a kid, so whatever I say in this review, just know it is a biased review. However, I think the idea(giving someone a hall pass in a relationship) is really good. Very unrealistic in the real world, but a funny idea nonetheless. I have a funny scene that actually drove me to this movie when the husband were in the back and the wives at the front of the car. I think that scene was really really funny and creative
