Featuring no discernible plot, dismal acting and dialogue, music only slightly more pleasing than fingernails on a blackboard, dull as dishwater "psychedelic" visual effects and some last minute, apparently obligatory American carnage, it may conceivably have been intended as parody - except that parody requires talent, too.
