Alain E @AlainE Jan 15, 2025 A nice melodrama taking place among the Tsarist Russian aristocracy. Kirsten Dunst is a young femme fatale who affects many men, in the case of the narrator both himself and his father. The story could be something written by Tolstoy. As it often happened in those novels, there is a price to be paid for breaking conventional societal rules. Very strong ending. Available on Tubi under the alternative title Lover’s Prayer.
