While subtle, moody horror films can be great, without something solid to coalesce around, eventually the atmosphere dissipates. Go to Full Review

Nightworld conjures the spirits of many other stories to tell its own. It's an uncanny amalgam which, though pointedly derivative, to an extent confounds through the sheer multitude of its influences, & takes full advantage of very atmospheric sets. Go to Full Review

B P @Bradster69 Sep 6, 2026 Not Bad, but Not My Favorite See more Tanya W @RT55907873 Sep 21, 2025 Oddly enough I really enjoyed this film. I do wish there had been more information at the very end. What they were going to do. It was a slower paced movie, but it worked well. Honestly its not a huge jump scare nor is it a stupid gore/ special effects film. It was more cerebral. Give it a try, its not for everyone but its still really good. See more John H @RT18864280 Sep 17, 2024 I really wanted to like this movie, but it was not to be. While Jason London was fine, the overall plot had too many holes in it. What could have been a great movie was brought down by poor writing and characters acting in a nonsensical fashion. See more Jeffrey P @vanillavoodoo1 Aug 23, 2022 Loosely strung together with little development of any kind until the final 25 minutes, by that time it's too little and too late. See more grant s @RT88907345 Dec 12, 2018 This movie is a lot better than the 13% bullshit they are giving it. Give it a chance. You have to watch it with an imagination. People dont seem to have that today anymore. Its not an amazing movie, but it is definitely worth watching one night when you want to scare yourself. Jason London and Robert Englund did a good job in this film, but Gianni Capaldi did really well to stand out on her own in this film. See more Sep 11, 2018 Much of the movie had the right vibe to get a horror film started, which would have been great if one ever really did. Instead, it mostly stays in first gear until the very end, at which point it just sort of wraps up and ends. See more Read all reviews
