Robert P @Superbad 5 days ago No Reservations is a *3* star Movie! See more diogo13 T @Tua_mera Jul 12, 2026 Basically, Ratatouille without the rat. The story of a perfectionist chef dealing with a laid-back new colleague and a family tragedy follows every predictable Hollywood formula and cliché. While the actors share a pleasant chemistry and the dishes look mouth-watering, the script offers nothing new. It is a perfectly average, safe way to pass the time—provided you’ve already had dinner. See more Blake- N @PBSAniDom Apr 6, 2026 I thought No Reservations was just okay. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart give solid performances, and the cooking and food scenes are visually appealing, but the story itself feels predictable and formulaic. The romance and family drama are sweet at times, but the plot doesn’t offer anything surprising, and the pacing can feel a bit slow. It’s easy to watch, but doesn’t leave a lasting impression. Overall, I’d give it a 5/10—it’s an okay, light-hearted drama, enjoyable in parts but ultimately forgettable. If you want a more accurate depiction of a cooking show/movie, then this movie would be rated R. I love this movie.
