Yash B @yashbansal Jul 23 "Poetic Justice" is far from a perfect movie, but it is a fascinating one that really feels like a time capsule. I can't think of any movie that features both Janet Jackson and Tupac, and they both give really grounded performances in this movie. The movie is lighter than a lot of John Singleton's work, even though it does have some of the same commentary one can find in his films. It is mostly centered around the romance between the two leads, and it is undeniably sweet. That being said, the movie is also not always good at being consistently paced or entertaining. I do feel it could have also focused a bit more on some of the more serious topics to make for a well-rounded experience. Overall, it feels like a true cultural moment of the 90s in a lot of ways, but as a movie, I would say it is just okay and not as memorable as other similar films. See more Damon G @Dmoney420 Feb 22 Super good movie man people need to watch movies like this See more Joy B. @9mr_0 Jan 5 لا توجد قصة في الفلم و لا عمق درامي للاحداث الفلم عبارة عن يوميات ببناء ضعيف . المخرج يروي الاحداث بشكل متسارع لم يبني الشخصيات بشكل جيد ولم يطورها . الفلم ضايع بين الكوميديا السطحية و الرومانسية الخجوله و الدراما الضعيفة . الا توجد كيمياء بين الشخصيات و حظور الممثلين ضعيف. التصوير فوضوي مع موسيقى صاخبة . لا ننكر ان الشخصيات حاولت تقديم شيء جيد لكن هم ضعيفين فنياً.الشعر كان جيد . هناك بعض الدقايق الجيدة لكن السيء عم على الجيد.
