His new special, "Joy in the Trenches," is the type of special that feels important in the present moment. I found a lot of it funny, and while it leaned heavily on political jabs, I think he put it together in a way that I respected. Overall, it is an enjoyable special for those who are fans of Noah's style, and I think it is a solid addition to his stand-up library.
