After George loses his job, he and Linda have little choice but to move to Atlanta and stay with his terrible brother. Critics Consensus

It isn't always as funny as it should be, but Wanderlust benefits from an extremely talented cast and some of David Wain's most confident, assured work behind the camera.

Even before the maddeningly smug faux-bohemian denouement, we've turned off and tuned out. Bummer.

There is no narrative cohesion to the film, no pull towards any of the characters, no emotional connection that made anything going onscreen resonate beyond a superficial level.

Wanderlust is flawed, too, but for its exploration of financial ruin and alternative lifestyles, it shows once again that Aniston, at the very least, knows which way the wind is blowing.

Several scenes may induce guffaws or shocked gasps, but this is the kind of all-too-common comedy that leaves the viewer with no reason to watch it again.

Every time I see Jennifer Aniston I want to throw up and Paul Rudd he plays the same exact pretentious douchebag stumbling through every single scene that he's in!

Jennifer's ass is the best actor. Anything with Paul Rude in it is shit. He stumbles his way through another disaster. He doesn't even read the scripts. Alan Alda must be desparate for money to appear in rhis shit.

Absolutely hilarious!! I love Paul Rudd in this, also Jennifer Aniston's character is different from how we're used to seeing her. Then there's Jordan Peele delivering a brilliant, although small price of his humor to the film. Loved it all around! Easy 4⭐'er

Wanderlust has moments of charm and a few solid laughs, but it's a movie that ultimately feels aimless and is rather forgettable.
