Terrible! Watched for 20 minutes. Very low budget and poor acting

Way too slow, too repetitious, poor acting. Also, incorrect terminology - the police characters talk about catching a serial killer, but the killings depicted are not serial murders, they are spree killings. I will never watch this movie again, it was a huge waste of time.
