Ace detective Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son, Tim, to find out what happened. A fun adventure that captures the spirit of the Pokémon universe well, with Ryan Reynolds delivering a very charismatic Pikachu. The mystery and plot are simple, but what really spoils the experience is the visual design. The attempt to make the creatures hyper-realistic left many of them simply ugly and strange to look at, somewhat breaking the magic of that world. It's worth watching for the light entertainment, but the visuals are divisive.

One of the worst movies I’ve ever watched. Thoes are 2h that I’ll never recover. Every actor (except Ryan) has a second hand performance. Script is bad, I mean really bad. Worst storyline ever. I hope humanity forgets this POS of a movie. If we are extinct my only problem would be if the next beings that will inhabit earth will find this world class junk.
