Feels like the easy way out to show that a character is unhinged. There are other ways to create conflict without dog being harmed. Disappointing, bc I was enjoying the show. It has strong performances and keeps the dark humor and tension, but the story feels a bit more spread out and less intense. Some moments still land really well, just not as consistently. If it were season 1 of Gabbagoo, folks would probably enjoy it more. This show reflects what society has become with toxic social media and late stage capitalism.
